一种用于水下机器人的示位装置设计

A Design of Position Indicating Device for Underwater Robot

水下机器人在海洋开发中得到了广泛应用,但当其在水下作业时也会偶尔发生失控等意外。一般机器人会预置应急处理程序,释放应急压载上浮至水面,开启示位装置发出频闪光信号,引导搜寻人员寻找机器人。通过对示位装置功能及使用环境的分析,提出了一种安装在水下机器人垂直鳍上的示位装置的设计方案,并对主要部件进行了结构设计。该装置已应用在工程样机上,并经过长时间试验满足要求。

Underwater robot has been widely used in ocean development,but it may be out of control occasionally when it works underwater.Generally,a underwater robot is preseted emergency program,and in emergency it will release the emergency load to float upward to the water surface,and open the position indicating device to send out the flashlight signal,leading the search personnel to look for it.In this paper,a kind of position indicating device for underwater robot is designed,and the structure design of its main parts is carried on.The device has been equipped on a robot and worked for a long time,and a satisfied effect has been got.
