摘要
结合嘉乐泉矿的基本情况,介绍了选择性破碎机、动筛跳汰机和重介浅槽分选机等三种选矸工艺的基本原理及其系统设计,并对三者进行了分析比较,最终选择了选择性破碎机排矸系统,也为矿井地面选矸系统的设计提供了理论依据。
Combining with the basic situation of Jialequan Mine,the structures and basic principles of three types of gangue discharge systems,including selective crusher,moving sieve jig and dense medium shallow trough separator,are introduced,analyzed and compared.Finally,the selective crusher conveyor system is selected.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of the coal mine ground gangue discharge system.
