摘要
为了提高法兰的材料利用率和生产效率,采用闭式模锻工艺成形法兰锻件,坯料采用感应加热,模锻过程在摩擦螺旋压力机上进行。并以某产品为例,详尽介绍了法兰锻件闭式模锻工艺与模具结构。
In order to improve the material utilization and production efficiency for the economic and social benefits,the flange forgings were formed using closed-die forging technology.Taking some product for example,the closed-die forging process and the corresponding die structure were introduced in detail.The blanks were heated by induction and the closed-die forging was performed on friction screw press.
