摘要
以某机车柴油发电机组轴系为研究对象,建立了轴系当量模型。使用阶次分析法分析了轴系扭转振动,研究了非稳定工况联轴器刚度和阻尼对轴系扭振响应的影响,并根据分析结果建立了自组织特征神经网络对联轴器进行诊断。结果表明:SOM神经网络能够准确识别轴系故障。
The shaft of diesel generating set of locomotive is taken as research object,and the equivalent model of the shaft is established.The torsional vibration of the shaft is analyzed by using the order analysis method.The influence of the stiffness and damping of the coupling on the torsional vibration under unstable condition is studied.The self-organizing feature map is established to diagnose the coupling.The results show that the self-organizing feature map can accurately diagnose the coupling fault.
