摘要
针对引脚监测的要求,对影像采集卡及光源系统进行了选型与布置,并基于边缘检测技术对引脚的各项技术指标进行监测。对所构建系统的引脚伸出量监测性能进行了试验验证,结果证明该系统在不同环境下能够保证监测结果的稳定性,且过曝光对其影响极小。
According to the requirements of the pin monitoring,the selection and layout of the image acquisition card and the light source system were carried out.The edge detection technology was used to monitor the various technical indicators of pin.The performance of the system was tested and verified.The results showed that the system guaranteed the stability of detection results in different environments.And overexposure had minimal impact on the system.
