摘要
双面钻孔组合机床是一种双面同时钻削并同轴钻孔、钻削较厚工件的加工钻床。介绍了双面钻孔组合机床控制系统的总体方案设计,提出将PLC应用于组合机床控制系统中。详细列出了机床各个工序的过程,画出了系统的工步流程图,并对控制系统的硬件接线图进行了设计,有效地提高了系统的稳定性。
The double-sided drilling machine is a kind of machine used for double-sided drilling and coaxial hole drilling.This paper introduces the overall concept design of the control system on double-sided drilling machine.It puts forward applying PLC to control system of combined machine tool and lists the process of each working procedure in detail.At the same time,it draws the system step flow chart.The hardware wiring diagram of the control system is designed,and the system stability has been effectively improved.
