摘要
过程控制中大量使用PLC控制装置对过程参数进行控制,而操作员需要使用人机界面装置与PLC进行双向沟通。为了进行二者的数据交换,首先要解决二者的通信问题。以西门子人机界面产品触摸屏TP177B为例,重点解决其与PLC S7-300的Profibus通信,并组态了液位控制的人机操作界面。触摸屏与PLC通信问题的解决必将使触摸屏在未来控制系统中的应用成为不可阻挡的趋势。
In current process control,a large number of PLC control devices are used to control the process parameters,and the operator needs to use the human-machine interface device to communicate with the PLC in two directions.In order to carry out the data exchange,the first solution is to solve the communication problem.In this paper,the touch screen TP177 Bof Siemens is used as an example to realize the Profibus communication with PLC S7-300,and the control screen of liquid level control is given.The solution of touch screen and PLC communication will make the touch screen become an irresistible trend in future control systems.
