摘要
以唐山学院环境工程专业人才培养为例,寻求新常态发展下的社会需求和高等教育发展内在要求之间的契合点,构建"双创"人才培养导向模式,以期发挥高等教育在创新创业战略中的推动作用。
Taking the talents training of environmental engineering major in Tangshan University as an example,the coherence point between social demand and higher education development was searched. Training guide of environmental engineering major double innovative talents was constructed.
