摘要
以甲醇、柠檬酸为原料,在硫酸氢钠的催化作用下合成柠檬酸三甲酯。通过单因素实验,考察了各因素对产品收率的影响,又通过正交实验,最终得到了最佳的合成工艺条件:酸醇比1∶12、反应时间4 h、反应温度65℃、催化剂1.5 g、搅拌速率40 r/min;在此工艺条件下,柠檬酸的转化率为86.4%,柠檬酸三甲酯的收率为74.3%。
The synthesis of citric acid trimethyl was catalyzed by sodium bisulfate,with methanol and citric acid as raw material.By single factor experiments,the effect of various factors on product yield was investigated,and through the orthogonal experiment,finally obtained the best synthesis process conditions: the acid glycol ratio was 1 ∶ 12,the reaction time was 4 h,the reaction temperature was 65℃,the mass of catalyst was 1. 5 g,the stirring speed was 40 r/min. Under the condition of the process,the citric acid conversion rate was 86. 4%,the citric acid trimethyl yield was 74. 3%.
