建立海带渣中L-岩藻糖含量的检测方法。首先采用Gibbons比色法,对比直接测定与不同工艺提取测定,优选出较优原料预处理技术,在此基础上,比较Gibbons比色法和高效液相色谱法差异。直接测定更优,在此基础上,Gibbons比色法和高效液相色谱法测试均可行。海带渣不需经过特殊处理,可直接进行L-岩藻糖含量测试,对于工业化生产指标控制领域,Gibbons比色法更合适。

Find a detection method of L-fucose content in Kelp residues. First,it was optimizing the better pretreatment technology of raw materials between direct and different extracting process using Gibbons colorimetric method. On the basis,the better detection method could be found between Gibbons colorimetric method and high performance liquid chromatography method. The raw materials could be analyzed directly,and Gibbons colorimetric method and HPLC testing were feasible. Gibbons colorimetric method was more suitable in the field of Industrial production index control.
