氧化镁脱硫副产物七水硫酸镁分析及提取技术探讨

The Discussion on Extractive Technique of Heptahydrate Magnesium Sulfate and Analysis of the By-product of Desulfurization with Magnesium Oxide

本文通过对氧化镁脱硫液进行了浓缩蒸发烘干得到七水硫酸镁,通过XRD结构分析和EDS分析。结果表明,100 m L废液中约含有七水硫酸镁33 g,其主要成分为七水硫酸镁含量约为97,主要元素组成为Mg,S,O,杂质较少。这说明脱硫液提取七水硫酸镁具有很高的提取价值,并对其回收蒸发工艺进行了简单探讨。

We have evaporated the magnesium oxide desulfurization solution and dried,the XRD partten and EDS were intestigated. Results show that heptahydrate magnesium sulfate had been obtained by evaporation,and 100 ml contains about 33 g heptahydrate magnesium sulfate,its main ingredients content is about 97,the main elements for Mg,S,O. The extraction of has the very high value,and the recovery of evaporation process are discussed in this paper.
