厨房用吸水吸油纸生产工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆为主要原料,通过复配棉浆、合成纤维、吸水树脂等,在ZQJ2型纸页成型器上探索了厨房用吸水吸油纸的生产工艺。研究表明,在漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆71%、棉浆10%、合成纤维15%、吸水树脂4%的配比条件下,添加1.5%的湿强剂、0.1%阳离子聚丙烯酰胺制备的手抄片抗张指数为35.3N.m/g、湿抗张指数为5.8N.m/g、吸水量为168.3g/m^2、吸水高度为20.3mm、吸油量为176.1g/m^2、吸油高度为10.3mm,均达到了GBT 26174-2010厨房纸巾的要求,可以代替市场上以聚酯纤维为原料通过水刺复合技术生产的一次性厨房用纸。 In this paper, bleached softwood kraft pulp was taken as the main raw material, by compounding cotton pulp, synthetic fber, water-absorbent resin etc., the production process of kitchen absorbent paper was explored with ZQJ2 paper forming machine. The handsheets were prepared by adding 1.5% of wetting agent and 0.1% of cationic polyacrylamide under the condition of 77% of bleaching softwood pulp and 10% of cotton pulp, 15% of synthetic fiber and 4% of water absorbing resin. The result shows thattensile index is 35.3 N.m/g, the wet tensile index is 5.8 N.m/g, the water absorption is 168.3g/m2, the water absorption height is 20.3 mm, the oil absorption is 176.1g/m2, the oil absorption height is 10.3 mm. The above targets have reached the kitchen paper towel standard of GBT 26174-2010, therefore it can replace disposable kitchen paper made of polyester fiber, which was produced by spunlace laminating technology.
