摘要 针对特种纸产品特点和中水回用要求,采用了砂滤+活性碳过滤+超滤组合系统进一步处理污水处理站出水,提升废水的回用品质。系统经过3年运行,结果表明:该系统运行稳定,处理效果好。为了有效防止滤膜发生污堵,需结合出水特点,对进水进行预处理。经超滤处理后,出水指标:CODCr≤50mg/l,浊度≤0.5NTU,pH=6~9,处理成本约0.75元/t。水质满足车间内回用的要求,对生产和产品质量无明显影响。 Application of ultra-fltration technology in papermaking waste water can effectively reduce pollution load and increase the reuse rate of waste water. Based on the characteristics of products and requirements of whitewater recycling, a combined system, mechanical fltration, activated carbon fltration and ultra-fltration, was used to improve the quality of reused water. Three year’s operation proved the improved system has a high stability and a high removal rate of pollution load. In order to avoid the flter clogging, pretreatment should be adopted based on the characteristics of white water for specialty paper. The practical running results show after the treatment of ultra-fltration, the CODCr and turbidity of effuent can be less than 50 mg/l and 0.5NTU, pH is 6-9, with the treatment 60cost 0.75 yuan/ton. The quality of the treated water can satisfy the requirement of the standard for reused water, and paper machine running and paper quality were not affected.
