关于天津国家自主创新示范区分园建设的思考

Reflections on the Construction of Branch Park in Tianjin National Self-dependent Innovation Demonstration Area

2014年12月,国务院批复在天津建设我国第7个国家自主创新示范区并取得了显著成果,示范区呈现创新主体茁壮成长、创新要素集聚、创新功能逐步完善的好态势。通过与北京中关村国家自主创新示范区、武汉东湖国家自主创新示范区等地区的分析和比较,发现发展中存在的一些问题。对天津国家自主创新示范区现状进行分析,进一步提出示范区分园建设的对策与建议,为推动示范区建设提供借鉴参考。

In December 2014,the State Council approved the construction of China’ seventh national Self-dependent Inno-vation Demonstration Area in Tianjin. It has achieved remarkable achievements. However,through the analysis and com-parison with Beijing Zhongguancun and Wuhan Donghu,there still exists some problems. Based on the analysis of the status of Tianjin National Self-dependent Innovation Demonstration Area,this paper puts forward countermeasuresand suggestions for the branch park construction,and provides reference for the construction of demonstration areas.
