摘要
涂装车间作为连接装焊车间和总装车间的中间车间工程,除具备自身车辆表面处理和漆料喷涂的功能外,还因其工艺时间长(因电泳/中涂/上涂后均需烘干及冷却)、车间库存量大(各工程间均有起缓存作用的待避区),而起到调节整个生产流程进度差的作用,当各车间出现较大异常时,均会对涂装车间的库存量造成影响。主要讨论异常情况下,涂装车间在低库存时如何通过技术手段调控生产,以实现全工厂产能的最大化。
As the intermediary workshop,painting workshop connects welding workshop and assembly workshop. It has the functions of vehicle surface treatment and paint spraying. Because of the long process time,which is caused by drying and cooling after electrophoresis,inter-coating and final coating;large number of vehicle inventories,as each project has a waiting area for vehicle inventory,it also has the function of progress regulation for the whole production process differ-ence. When there is apparent abnormality appears in the workshops,inventory of the painting workshop will be af-fected. This paper mainly discusses how to use technical means to control production in low inventory situation under ab-normal conditions to realize the maximization of the whole factory’s capacity.
