摘要
汽车灯具在汽车安全领域占据着比较重要的地位。目前,LED灯在汽车上的应用逐渐广泛,但其散热问题并没有得到解决,这也是汽车界研究的热点问题。以某款汽车LED前照灯为研究对象,建立其热阻模型,并重点分析LED灯散热器的性能,运用flotherm仿真对散热器进行优化分析,以使该款汽车前照灯得到较理想的散热效果。
Automotive lighting occupies an important position in automotive safety. Currently,the application of LED lamps in automotive is growing. However,the heat problem has not been solved reasonably and is still a hot issue in auto-motive industry research. A LED headlamp of car model is studied in this paper. First,the thermal resistance model was established. Then,the performance of LED lights heatsink was analyzed using flotherm simulation so that the vehicle head-lamp will get better cooling effect.
