摘要 企业自备电厂在外网联接或者孤网运行时,存在电压稳定、频率平衡问题。提出基于晶闸管的快速、灵活控制的电子负荷技术,通过三层策略控制来解决孤网平衡问题。该方案以电子动态负荷调节为平衡主要手段,同时配置孤网稳定装置,协调发电机组和负荷数量,另外还配置了频率紧急控制作为最后防线。应用效果表明,电子负荷快速平滑跟踪冲击性负荷动态变化,可以使孤网高可靠性运行、频率稳定。 Enterprise-owned power plants usually get voltage stability and frequency balance problem when accessing the external net-work or operating in an islanded mode. This paper proposed a thyristor-based electronic type of load with fast and fexible controllable fea-tures. Three-layer control strategy as a total solution was presented to effectively solve the problem of islanded network. The main balancing means of this strategy is to adjust electronic dynamic load, to confgure islanded network stable device, to coordinate generator sets and load quantity and to confgure frequency emergency control as the last defensive line. The application result shows that the electronic type of load is a fast and smooth way to balance the dynamic change of the impact load, which can make the isolated network operate in high reliability and get frequency in stable range.
