摘要
[目的/意义]作为新兴的健康服务模式,探究移动健康管理服务使用意愿的影响因素在Health 2.0时代具有重要意义。[方法/过程]在回顾移动健康管理服务和健康信息系统采纳的基础上,基于创新扩散的视角,构建了一个涵盖技术创新、社会影响和个体特质3个层面的移动健康管理服务的使用意愿模型,并通过问卷调查和结构方程模型方法对研究模型和假设进行实证检验。[结果/结论]研究表明:技术、社会和个体3个层面都对移动健康管理服务使用意愿有显著影响;按影响程度排序,依次是相容性、个体创新特质、社会规范、相对优势和自我效能;易用性和隐私顾虑并未对移动健康管理服务的使用意愿产生显著影响,表明目前移动健康管理服务的简单化和初级性,同时表明与其他因素相比,该调查中的消费者并不那么在意移动健康管理服务的信息隐私和易用性。研究有助于理解移动健康环境下的用户认知和行为,同时对移动健康服务的实践具有一定的指导意义。
[ Purpose/Significance] Mobile Health Management Service (MHMS) is rising and bloming in the era of Health 2. 0, and in-vestigating the influencing factors of use intention is important for MHMS. [ Method/Process] Based on the literature on MHMS and the a-doption of HIS, this paper brings up the adoption model of MHMS from the perspective of innovation diffusion, which includes the society, technology and individual aspects. A questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling approach are adopted to investigate the hypoth-esized relationships and to assess the fitness of the model. [ Results Conclusion] Research indicates that behavior intention is affected by so-ciety , technology and individual aspects, and compatibility, personal innovativeness, relative advance, subjective norm and self-efficacy all have a significantly positive influence on intention to use of MHMS. However, behavior intention isn't significantly affected by ease of use and privacy concern, which indicates that the MHMS at present is too simple for health self-management and that compared with other fac-tors , the consumers in the survey are less concerned about information privacy and ease of use. In summary, the paper helps understand the attitude and behavior of users in the context of mobile health, and has practical implication for the development of MHMS.
