摘要 为了提高非接触感应耦合电能传输系统的可靠性,提出了一种基于E类功率放大器的拓扑结构.将发射线圈和接收线圈的耦合电感进行等效变换,把发射线圈的漏感作为E类功率放大器谐振单元,把励磁电感作为折算后负载电阻的匹配电感.在电能非接触传输的同时实现了阻抗变换,把等效负载电阻限制在一定的范围内.提出的拓扑结构简单,无需额外的补偿网络.并且负载电阻变化时,均能满足E类功率放大器的零电压软开关条件.仿真和实验结果验证了新拓扑结构电路的可行性. To improve the performance of contactless inductive coupled power transfer system,topology structure based on class E power amplifier is proposed.For transforming coupling inductance of the transmitting and the receiving coils,the leakage inductance of the transmitting coil is used as the class E power amplifier resonating unit,and the excitation inductance is used as the matching inductance of the converted load resistance.The equivalent load resistance is limited while the power is contactlessly transforming. The proposed topology structure is simple and no additional compensation network is required.The zero-voltage soft-switching conditions of class E power amplifier can be met while load resistance changing.Simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of new topology structure circuit.
