摘要
欧洲第二代静止轨道气象卫星能提高气象预报的精准性,帮助人们增强对天气变化规律的认识。首先介绍欧洲第二代气象卫星的基本情况、职能和使命任务,然后详细描述卫星的两个主要载荷——改进型自旋可见光红外成像仪和地球同步辐射收支测量仪,最后概述卫星的数据传输情况。这些内容对我国自主研发静止轨道气象卫星有一定的参考和借鉴价值。
European geostationary earth orbit meteorological satellites of second generation improve the forecast precision of meteorology and enhance the knowledge of the weather change rule to human being. This paper firstly introduces the basic situation, function and mission of European meteorological satellites of second generation, then detailedly describes the satellites’ two main instruments, which are Spining Enhanced Visible and Infrared Imager (SEVIRI) and Geostationary Earth Radiation Budget (GERB). Finally this paper summarizes the satellites’ data transmission performance. The above analysis has some reference to the independent research and development of geostationary earth orbit meteorological satellites in our country.
