摘要
再制造技术的发展在降低再制造成本的同时对节能节材及设备的修复有着显著的经济效益和现实意义。研究煤矿开采所用运输设备刮板运输机的中部槽磨损问题,综述堆焊、等离子熔覆、激光熔覆和热喷涂等再制造技术在中部槽上应用取得的进展,从耐磨材料、工艺和设备三个方面分析总结目前的研究成果,对中部槽的再制造修复利用具有一定的指导意义。
The development of remanufacturing technology reduces costs, and also has remarkable economic benefits and practicalsignificance for energy conservation, material saving and repair of facility. The abrasion problems about the middle trough of thescraper conveyor are analyzed, and the progress of application on the middle trough with remanufacturing technology includingsurfacing, plasma cladding, laser cladding and thermal spraying are summarized. Recent research results are analyzed and summarizedfrom three aspects of wear-resistant material, technology and equipments, which provides guiding significance for the remanufacturingof the middle trough.
