摘要 为弥补实际液压机安全防护系统无法拆解、操作体验不足等缺陷,根据现有液压机安全防护系统,选用Unity 3D平台构建液压机安全防护虚拟现实系统。提出了一种快速建立该虚拟场景的建模方法。搭建了由液压机安全启动、安全元器件安装、危险区域体验和安全元器件防护体验4个模块组成的液压机虚拟现实防护系统。该虚拟现实安全防护系统形象直观地展示出安全防护系统的作用,了解液压机与安全元器件工作原理,体验危险源。 In order to make up for the defect of the safety protection system that can not be disassembled and the operation experience is insufficient,a virtual reality system for the safety protection of the hydraulic press is built on the Unity 3 Dplatform,and a method for modeling the virtual scene is proposed.Consisting of four modules,namely,the safety starting,the installation of the safety components,the experience of dangerous areas and the protection experience of the safety components,the virtual reality security protection system can visually and intuitively demonstrate the role of security protection system,and help users understand the working principle of the hydraulic press and safety components,and experience the dangerous source.
