摘要
在三维建模软件Solid Works中构建模型,然后将其导入ANSYS Workbench中建立有限元模型。对行星轮系进行静力学分析,得到等效应力、应变云图,均在安全范围内。对行星轮系进行模态分析,得到固有频率和振型,远离系统特征频率,不会发生共振。研究结果可为后续该减速器系统的动态特性研究与优化提供参考和依据。
This paper builds the model in 3D modeling software SolidWorks, and then introduces it into ANSYSWorkbench to build the finite element model. The static analysis of the planetary gear train is carried out, and theequivalent stress and strain contour are obtained. The modal analysis of the planetary gear train is carried out to obtainthe natural frequency and mode. The natural frequency is far from the system characteristic frequency and does notresonate. The results of the study can provide reference and basis for the study and optimization of the dynamiccharacteristics of the reducer system.
