摘要
针对断带抓捕器的性能对于实际生产的影响,对试验台的结构进行设计,并且通过计算对试验台所需要的钢丝绳、换向装置、液压系统等进行选型,利用液压控制系统对整个系统采取保护措施,避免因输送带滑动对另一侧液压缸造成损坏,利用PLC控制系统控制电磁阀的开关。断带捕捉器的性能及抓捕力将直接影响到其在实际生产中的布置,通过设计实验台测得所要用的实验台的抓捕力,能够为技术人员提供直接的参数,使技术人员在相同条件下更加合理地布置断带捕捉器。
In view of the influence of the performance of the belt seizure device on the actual production, this paperdesigns the structure of the test bench. Through the calculation, the steel wire rope, commutation device and hydraulicsystem are selected.Hydraulic system is used to avoid the opposite hydraulic cylinder damage caused by the conveyorbelt slide. PLC control system is used to control solenoid valve switch. The performance and capture force of the beltseizure device will directly affect its arrangement in the actual production. The test bench can measure the seizure abilityof the belt seizure device to provide direct parameters for technical staff so that technical staff can reasonably arrange thestripper under the same conditions.
