摘要
建立了CB-B63系列外啮合齿轮泵内部流场的CFD模型,在Fluent中求解出了齿轮泵的内部流场特性,与理论计算结果较吻合,验证了理论计算的正确性。得出了内部流量的压力分布云图,结果表明,最大静压出现在轮齿的啮合点附近,与工程实际相符。系统地分析了齿轮泵内部流场的流体动力学特性,为齿轮泵的结构优化提供了新的方法。
The CFD model of the internal flow field of the CB-B63 series external gear pump is established. The internalflow field characteristics of the gear pump are solved in Fluent, and the theoretical calculation results are in agreement witheach other to verify the correctness of the theoretical calculation. The results show that the maximum static pressure appearsnear the meshing point of the gear, which is in accordance with the actual engineering. The hydrodynamic characteristics ofthe internal flow field of the gear pump are systematically analyzed, which provides a new method for the structuraloptimization of the gear pump.
