基于车载激光断面仪的测量算法优化研究

摘要 目前我国的部分铁路隧道因结构整体性差、衬砌强度弱等原因,造成了不同程度的危害。激光断面仪能够检测出隧道的实际尺寸,并和设计尺寸进行比对,自动计算出欠挖和超挖的面积,从而采取不同的治理措施。但是在实际应用过程中会出现测量前方断面时的偏差问题和隧道轴线位置的定位问题,这都会影响到隧道断面检测的精确度,文中从这两个问题出发,对激光断面仪的测量算法进行改进,经试验证明改进之后测量精度有显著提高。 At present, due to poor structural integrity, weak strength and other reasons, China railway tunnel is sufferingvarying degrees of disease. Laser profiler can detect the actual size of the tunnel and compare with the designed size,then automatically calculate the under-excavation and ultra-digging area in order to take pertinent measures. But in theactual application process, deviation issues and localization problems of tunnel axis position arise when measuring thefront section. This affects the accuracy of the detection of tunnel section. To solve these two issues, this paper proposesan improved algorithm of the laser profiler measurement. Experiment results verify that the proposed algorithm canimprove the measurement accuracy.
