螺杆式履带调整器曲轴有限元分析

摘要 曲轴是螺杆式履带调整器重要的零部件之一,然而在实际使用过程中因为其重量较大出现不便于安装和维修等现象,为解决这一问题,研制出质量较轻、结构合理的螺杆式履带调整器,文中以螺杆式履带调整器曲轴为研究对象,在力学分析的基础上采用有限元分析方法对曲轴进行了强度计算和分析,得到了其应力分布云图,并基于计算结果对该零件结构提出了改进建议。 The crankshaft is one of the important parts of the screw-type track adjuster. However, it is not easy to installand repair because of its large weight in the actual use. In order to solve the problem and develop a lighter quality,reasonable structure of the screw tracker, this paper studies the double rod mechanical extractors. The strength of thecrankshaft is calculated and analyzed using the method of finite element analysis. The stress contours on the basis ofmechanical analysis is obtained. Some improvements advices are recommended based on the results of the calculation.
