摘要
利用UG NX软件对风轮叶面进行了粗加工、半精加工和精加工设计,详细介绍了加工步骤、参数和轨迹,提出通过设置"最大残余高度"来控制刀轨数量及叶面加工质量,通过设置合理的"前倾角"、"侧倾角"参数来避免加工中产生刀具干涉。零件程序通过了VERICUT仿真及实际加工检验,可为同类产品的加工提供有益参考。
UG NX software is used to design roughness, semi -finishing and finishing of the wind vane's blades. Theprocessing steps, parameters and trajectories are introduced. The maximum residual height is set to control the number ofcutting trajectories and blade's quality. A reasonable top rake and inclination angle parameters is set to avoid the processingof tool interference. The program is verified by VERICUT simulation and actual processing, which can provide usefulreference for the processing of similar products.
