摘要 为提高垃圾压缩机锁紧机构的安全性,有必要对其进行优化设计、机构改进。通过在ADAMS软件中建立相应的运动仿真模型,对垃圾压缩机锁紧机构进行运动力学仿真,从仿真结果中找出垃圾压缩机锁紧机构各部件的危险工况,并读取危险工况下的载荷,并将此边界条件及载荷施加于各部件的ANSYS Workbench应力分析模型中,使得垃圾压缩机锁紧机构的应力分析结果更符合实际工况,优化后的垃圾压缩机锁紧机构满足设计要求,提高了结构工作安全性。 In order to improve the security of locking mechanism in garbage compression equipment, it is necessary tooptimize the locking mechanism in garbage compression equipment. Through the dynamical simulation of the mechanism inADAMS, the results of the loads and supports of the stress analysis which is desired in ANSYS Workbench can be obtained.The stress analysis results are accord with actual condition. Research results show that the optimized locking mechanism ingarbage compression equipment can meet the requirement of design and the security is improved.
