摘要
分析了钛合金薄壁环槽工件的结构特点,并对钛合金薄壁零件的加工难点进行分析。通过从刀具与加工参数的优化配置、加工温度的控制、加工工艺方案的合理制定与采用特定的工艺装备来解决工件端面环槽、外圆及内孔环槽在加工中过程的变形、强度不足、刀具磨损和无法装夹的难题。有效地解决了零件在加工过成中的难点,最终成功地实现了工件的加工。
This paper analyzes the structure characteristics of the titanium alloy thin-walled ring groove workpiece, andanalyzes the processing difficulties of titanium alloy thin-walled parts. By optimizing configuration from the cutting tooland machining parameters, the processing temperature control, the reasonable formulation and processing technologyscheme on specific machine tool are used to solve deformation, tool wear, clamping and low strength in processing thecylindrical surface, endface and inner hole ring groove. The workpiece processing is successfully realized.
