摘要
秦山第二核电厂650 MW汽轮机低压次末级动叶片发生断裂,导致机组紧急停机。文中通过对叶片断裂缺陷的根本原因分析,提出改进现有结构叶片型式,利用凸台拉筋整圈连接避开叶片高频共振区域,通过制造叶片试样进行试验论证,证明改进措施是合理可行的。对海南核电650 MW汽轮机的运行与检修提供了借鉴与参考。
The root fracture of low-pressure last stage moving blade in 650 MW nuclear power turbine of Qinshan secondnuclear power plant causes an emergency shutdown. This paper analyzes cause of blade fracture defect, and improvesexisting structure blade type. The whole high frequency resonance region of the blade is avoided by using the whole ringof the lug boss. It is proved that the improvement is reasonable and feasible by the blade specimens. It providesreference for operation and maintenance of 650MW turbine in Hainan nuclear power plant.
