互动式头针疗法治疗孤独症谱系障碍的临床研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的观察互动式头针疗法治疗孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)的临床疗效。方法将83例ASD患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组40例。治疗组采用互动式头针疗法治疗(先采用头针针刺,留针期间进行音乐教育疗法),对照组采用单纯音乐教育疗法治疗。观察两组治疗前后儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分、孤独症行为评定量表(ABC)评分及Gesell发育商(DQ)各项评分的变化情况。结果两组治疗后CARS评分、ABC评分及各项DQ评分(社会适应DQ评分、个人社交DQ评分)与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后CARS评分、ABC评分及各项DQ评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互动式头针疗法配合音乐教育疗法能减轻ASD患者的临床症状,提高其社交及认知能力。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of interactive scalp acupuncture therapy for autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Methods Eighty-three ASD patients were randomized to a treatment group (43 cases) and a control group (40 cases). The treatment group received interactive scalp acupuncture therapy (scalp acupuncture first and music education therapy during needle retention) and the control group, music education therapy alone. The Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) score, the Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC) score and the Gesell Development Quotient (DQ) scores were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the CARS, ABC and DQ (social adaptation and individual sociality) scores in both groups (P〈0.01). There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the CARS, ABC and DQ scores between the treatment and control groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Interactive scalp acupuncture therapy plus music education therapy can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve social and cognitive abilities in ASD patients.
