基于logit模型的大学生创业意愿研究

Research on Entrepreneurial Intention of College Students Based on Logit Model

随着我国经济发展进入新常态以及每年大学生毕业人数的不断递增,社会就业压力加剧。在"大众创业,万众创新"的背景下,创业逐渐成为大学生的一种职业选择方式。尽管大学生就业压力日趋增大,但调查显示具有创业意愿的大学生比例并不高。通过问卷调查及logit模型分析,探讨影响大学生创业意愿的因素,同时提出相关建议以促进大学生积极创业,希望能对大学生创业教育的开展提供一定的参考。

With China,s economic development entering a new norm state and the number of graduates each year of college students growing,the employment pressure has increased. In the backgroundneurship and innovation, entrepreneurship has gradually become a career choice for college students. Due to the lack of the social practice experience and ability , the majority entrepreneurship failed , which made entrepreneur-ial intention and enthusiasm reduce. Based on the questionnaire survey and the logit model,this paper studiesthe entrepreneurial intention and its factors. According to the results obtained,the codrew and some suggestions are put forward.
