上海师范大学杨德广教授是我国著名的高等教育专家,不仅从事高校德育的教学和研究工作50余年,而且还在担任大学校长期间主导过多次成功的高校德育工作改革实践。在本访谈中,杨德广教授结合学习习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的重要讲话精神,阐述了当前形势下他对思想政治教育在高校人才培养工作中的关系和定位、所面临的形势和挑战以及高校思想政治工作有效性提升的一些思路和举措,很具启发和借鉴意义。

The ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities has been transforming after the vital speech from Xi Jinping, the Chairman of PR C and Ge n r a l Secterary of the Communist Party. Professor Yang Deguang is the Honorary President of ideological and political education, and one major founder of higher peda-gogy in China as wel l. He is also a senior professor in Shanghai Normal University and has worked in the field of higher education for more than fifty years. He has been witnessing,engaging and studying the changes and devel-opments in Chinese ideological and political work.
