武夷山景区在门票管理存在着价格管理、安全管理、逃票及排工收小费的监管不足、信息智能化有待加强等四个方面的问题,应该采取智能化的门票管理制度。在未来的门票管理中应利用互联网思维加大宣传,创新旅游产品,发挥电子门票在引导游客游览的作用。
