摘要
设计制造梳理力测试装置,在线检测盖板与锡林梳理区的梳理力。通过工艺试验和数据处理,分析影响梳理力的主要因素,并研究控制梳理力变化的途径。结果表明,通过梳理力测试信号,经计算转换,用于控制给棉罗拉给棉量,实现了梳理力在线智能控制,保证了盖板与锡林梳理区连续均匀的纤维层,分梳时均匀受力。
A n online carding force testing device has been designed and manufactured. T he carding forcebetw een the flat and cyl inder w as tested. T he m ain factors that affect the carding force w ere found by analyz ing theprocess and ex perim ental data. A ccordingly, m easures to control the carding force w ere studied. T he resul ts showthat the carding force testing signal can be converted to control the feeding cotton quanti ty by w hich the cardingforce can be intel l igently control led; therefore, the continuous and uni form fiber layer betw een the flat and cylindercan be ensured, and each fiber is com bed by average forces.
