摘要
试验以哲罗鲑受精卵为研究对象,采用井水和库水为水源对受精卵进行孵化与苗种培育,研究了井水和库水对受精卵发眼率、发眼卵孵化率和苗种成活率的影响。结果表明,井水孵化受精卵的发眼率稍高于库水,但差异不显著(P>0.05);井水孵化发眼卵的孵化率显著低于库水(P<0.05),但井水孵化出的上浮稚鱼游动较快,反应敏捷,体质较强;以井水为水源培育苗种的成活率达到59.4%,极显著高于库水(P<0.01)。哲罗鲑受精卵发眼前和苗种培育期间采用井水作为水源较好,利于提高苗种质量。
T he effect of w el l w ater and reservoir w ater on the eyed rate, eyed egg incubation rate and frysurv ival rate of the zygotes of H ucho taim en w as studied. I t w as found that the eyed rate of the zygotes hatched byw el l w ater w as sl ightly higher than that hatched by reservoir w ater. T hough the incubation rate of eyed eggshatched by w el l w ater w as signi ficantly low er than that hatched by reservoir w ater, the sw im -up fries had betterphysique, m oving faster and reacting quick er. T he fry survival rate of the zygotes hatched by w el l w ater reached59.4% , notably higher than that of the zygotes hatched by reservoir w ater. C onsequently, i t is helpful to im provethe fry quali ty to use w el l w ater before the zygotes grow eyes and w hen the fries are incubated.
