摘要
为提高保温砂浆抗裂性能,保持保温砂浆在使用过程的保温性能,利用正交试验研究树脂与水泥比、稀释剂及固化剂3个因素对保温砂浆性能的影响,在选择最优配比的基础上,研究聚丙烯纤维和聚氨酯纤维对保温砂浆的压折比影响。试验结果表明,树脂与水泥比为1∶2、稀释剂为1.5%和固化剂为0.5%时,保温砂浆的压折比和吸水率都较小;随着纤维掺量的增加,砂浆压折比先减小后增加,且当聚氨酯纤维掺量为0.4%时,保温砂浆抗折性能最好。得出结论,优化配比和纤维用量可降低吸水率,提高保温砂浆抗裂性能。
R esin and fiber w ere used im prove the perform ance of crack resistance and therm al insulation oftherm al insulation m ortar. T he effects of resin-cem ent ratio, di luents and hardener on the perform ance of therm alinsulation mortar w ere tested by an orthogonal ex perim ent. B ased on the optim al proportion of the three factors,the influence of polypropylene fiber and polyurethane fiber on the ratio of com pressive strength to flex ural strengthof thermal insulation m ortar w as studied. T he resul ts show ed that the ratio of com pressive strength to flex uralstrength and w ater absorption of thermal insulating m ortar w ere sm al ler w hen the ratio of resin and cement w as1 ∶2, the percentage of diluents w as 1 .5% and percentage of hardener w as 0.5% . W hen m ore fiber w as added, theratio of com pressive strength to flex ural strength of the m ortar w as decreased and then increased. W hen the dosageof polyurethane fiber reached 0.4% , the ratio of com pressive strength to flex ural strength of the therm al insulationmortar w as the best. I t is concluded that the w ater absorption can be reduced and the crack resistance of therm alinsulation m ortar can be improved by an optim al ratio of som e agents and adding proper am ount of fiber.
