This paper introduces the implementation of the teaching-research project called ' a survey on the economy of the security of electricity consumption in individual workshops in rural areas',which has proved that specialized practice in summer vocations is helpful in enhancing students' comprehensive abilities and teachers' teaching ability.In addition,it presents a long-term scheme of implementation.
