摘要
通过问卷与实地走访、查阅文献等方法,调研中山市民生工程实施情况,提出可借鉴的‘基于全民参与的运行机制和创新社会治理体制。
This paper introduces the survey on the implementation of livelihood projects in Zhongshan City based on questionnaires,field visits and the literature review.Besides,it puts forward an operating mechanism and an innovative social governance system,which are based on the participation of all the people and are referential.
