摘要
2011年日本发布《地方体育振兴政策措施调研报告》,用于检验《体育振兴法》实施现状,并为《体育基本法》颁布做准备。选取该报告中有关日本地方政府振兴体育政策措施调查内容,包括体育管理机构、体育振兴条例、体育活动调查、体育振兴基金、体育振兴组织、体育教练员和志愿者、体育协会等,对调查结果进行分析与解读,对于日本中央和地方政府分责协作、地方政府体育振兴实施表现差异和日本体育振兴社会化现状与问题进行探讨。
In 2011 Japan released the report of sports rejuvenation of local governments which serves toinspect the implementation of basic plan for sports rejuvenation and to prepare for the promulgation offundamental law. The information of sports governing bodies, sports rejuvenation regulations, sports activityinvestigation, sports rejuvenation foundation, sports rejuvenation organization, sports coach and volunteer andsports association from the document of report were analyzed and interpreted. The reflection includes thedivision of responsibilities and cooperation between Japanese central and local governments, differencesbetween the performance of sports rejuvenation of local government and the situation of socialization andproblem of sports rejuvenation in Japan.
