文化大发展大繁荣背景下我国民族传统体育基地的异化与回归

Alienation and Return of Chinese Traditional Sports Base under the Background of Great Development and Prosperity of Culture

采用文献资料法、田野调查法、访谈法等方法,在文化大发展大繁荣的时代背景下,对我国民族传统体育基地发展过程中的异化现象进行分析,指出我国民族传统体育基地的异化现象表现为:发展目标模糊,统领作用不明显;权力空心化,各项权益难以保障;内容失真,难以承载时代使命;管理松散化、评估形式化。对于异化的克服应肩负起民族传统体育文化传承使命,做到文化适应;善用政府扶持机制,加快基地转型升级;优化内部治理结构,提升基地治理能力,促进我国民族传统体育基地的可持续发展。

By using the methods of literature review, field investigation and interview, the development andprosperity of culture in the background of alienation phenomenon during the development of Chinese traditionalsports in the base are analyzed. The author pointed out that the performance of the alienation phenomenon ofChinese traditional sports base exhibits in the forms of indistinct development goal and weak leading role,difficulty to protect the interests due to weakened power; distortion of contents resulting in difficulty to carry themission of the times; loose management and formal evaluation. To overcome the alienation, we should undertakethe mission of inheriting the national traditional sports culture, meet cultural adaptation, make use ofgovernment support mechanism, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the base, optimize the internalgovernance structure, enhance the base of governance capacity, and promote the sustainable development ofChina＇s national traditional sports base.
