青少年情绪障碍的积极心理学干预治疗效果 被引量:1

Effect of positive psychological intervention on adolescent emotional disorder

摘要 目的探讨积极心理学干预对青少年情绪障碍患者的治疗效果和临床价值。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月期间收治的青少年情绪障碍患者90例,采取随机抽样法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规心理学干预治疗,观察组在常规心理学的基础上使用积极心理学干预,比较两组患者相关指标。结果观察组患者通过积极心理学干预治疗,心理健康状况评价明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出现不良情绪的为15.56%,明显低于对照组的48.89%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为62.22%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)两组患者在治疗后6个月进行电话和门诊复查,观察组回访发现有3例(6.67%)复发情绪障碍,对照组有10例(22.22%)复发情绪障碍,观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极心理学干预治疗对青少年情绪障碍有着显著效果,可以明显改善患者的不良情绪,复发率低,具有重要的临床价值,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and clinical value of positive psychological intervention in ado-lescents with emotional disorders. Methods 90 patients with adolescent emotional disorders who were admitted from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected. Randomized sampling method was used to divide the patients into observation group and control group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional psychological intervention; the observation group was given positive psychological intervention on the basis of conventional psychology. Relevant indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The patients in the observation group were given positive psychological intervention. The evaluation of mental health status was significantly better than that in the con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0 .0 5 ); the negative mood in the observation group was 15.56%, which was significantly lower than that of 48.89% in the control group, and the difference was statistically sig- nificant(P〈0.05); the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,and the effective rate in the control group was 62.22%. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Two groups of patients were given the telephone re-check and outpatient re-check 6 months after the treatment. In the observation group, 3 cases (6.67%) showed recurrent emotional disorders, and in the control group, 10 cases (22.22%) showed recurrent emotional disorders. The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Positive psy-chological intervention therapy has a significant effect on adolescent emotional disorders, which can significantly im-prove patient's negative emotions, with low recurrence rate. Il has an important clinical value, which is worthy of popu- larization and application.
