Threatened abortion——Treating from the angle of blood stasis

先兆流产中医临床治疗多以补益为主,补肾、健脾或者益气养血等,慎用活血化瘀药,但是临证中血瘀证亦不少见。本文分析先兆流产"瘀"的中医病因病机、西医发病机制,阐述活血化瘀安胎法在血栓前状态、宫腔积血以及宫腔粘连中的应用,介绍临床常用活血化瘀中药,并以医案论之。

TCM clinical treatment of threatened abortion is based mostly on tonifying, nourishing the kidney, invigorat- ing the spleen or reinforcing qi and nourishing blood. Drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are used with caution, but the clinical evidence of blood stasis syndrome is also not uncommon. This paper analyzes the TCM etiology and pathogenesis and western medicine pathogenesis of the ＂ stasis＂ of threatened abortion, and expounds the application of miscarriage prevention by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in prethrombotic state, uterine hemorrhage and intrauterine adhesions. It also introduces the traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis commonly used in clinical practice and discusses with medical cases.
