摘要 专业伦理是幼儿教师从事教育教学应该遵循的基本伦理规范和行为准则。随着近年来幼儿教师虐童、消极怠工等伦理失范现象的频繁曝光,该群体的专业伦理建设显得刻不容缓。可以从制订科学的幼儿教师专业伦理规范、加强专业伦理的制度保障、营造专业伦理的人文氛围、强化专业伦理的教育与培训等方面进行建设,以提升幼儿教师整体的职业道德水平。 Professional ethics is the basic ethical norm and behavior standard that kindergarten teachers must follow in their teaching and education. Because the frequently-happened incidents that kindergarten teachers break ethics, it is urgent to build the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers. It is proposed in this study that kindergarten teacher’s professional ethics can be built by formulating professional ethical norm,strengthening the system safeguard,creating the cultural atmosphere and intensifying the education and training.
