甘精胰岛素对老年糖尿病患者的疗效及安全性研究

Safety study Insulin in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus

目的研究甘精胰岛素对老年糖尿病患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年9月—2016年12月期间我院收治的老年糖尿病患者50例为研究对象,平均分为常规组与研究组各25例,常规组行低精蛋白重组人胰岛素治疗,研究组行甘精胰岛素治疗,对比2组疗效。结果治疗后,研究组糖化血红蛋白、血糖达标时间均明显低于常规组(P<0.05);且研究组低血糖发生率4.00%,显著低于常规组的16.00%(P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病患者实施甘精胰岛素治疗效果显著,在临床上具有较高的安全性,值得推广。

Objective To study the insulin to the safety of elderly patients with diabetes. Methods select sep2015 - December 2016,our hospital during the period of 50 cases of elderly diabetes patients as the research object,average divided into normal group and the team all 25 cases,normal group line low protamine recombinant humaninsulin treatment,the team line insulin treatment,compared two groups of curative effect. Results after treatment,theteam of glycosylated hemoglobin,blood glucose control is at the time were significantly lower than normal group,theteam is better than that of conventional group （P〈0.05） ; And the team hypoglycemia incidence was significantly lowerthan 4.00% 16.00% of the normal group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion In elderly patients with diabetes insulin treatmenteffect is remarkable,in clinic is of high security,is worth promoting.
