温州新型职业农民培训的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Training of New Professional Farmers in Wenzhou

“三农问题”已经越来越引起全社会的关注和中央的重视.在现代农业大背景下,培训新型职业农民已经成为实现农业现代化和实行农村改革的重要人力保障举措.针对农民职业培训的相关问题,作者对温州市范围内的农民开展了随机问卷调查,并对其中300份有效调查结果进行分析.该调查揭示了温州农民的从业结构特征,对农民职业培训的内容、形式、时间、老师、模式、方式等的需求特点,并结合温州农民职业培训的现状,提出了开展温州新型职业农民培训的建议.

Issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers have gained more and more attention from the society and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CPC Central Committee）. In the modern agriculture background, training new type of professional farmers has become an signifcant way of ensuring agricultural modernization and rural reform. Aiming at the farmer occupational training issues, the author has conducted a random questionnaire survey on farmers in Wenzhou, and analyzed the results of 300 valid questionnaires. The survey reveals the employment structure characteristics of Wenzhou farmers and the requirements set for training contents, training forms, training time, training instructors, training modes and patterns. Combining the current situation of farmers’ occupation training, the author puts forward the new occupation farmer training program development suggestion within Wenzhou City.
