健康宣教对青少年高血压病患者的影响分析

Analysis on the Effect of the Health Education on the Adolescent Hypertensive Patients

通过对青少年高血压病患者进行健康知识宣传,观察健康宣教对青少年高血压病患者的影响.方法是对某高校近年来体检检出的38例高血压病患者进行健康宣教,以问卷调查的形式对比宣教前及宣教后患者对高血压病的认知情况,进行统计学分析.结果表明,高血压病患者对健康宣教的满意度在宣教信息、宣教方式、宣教质量三个方面均为100%.宣教后高血压病患者在心理健康、饮食健康、运动健康、健康习惯、疾病相关五个方面的认知度明显增高.结论是健康宣教可以提高高血压患者对疾病的认知程度,改变患者各种不健康的生活习惯.

Through the health education on the adolescent hypertensive patients, this thesis observes the impact of health education on adolescents with hypertension.The health education was carried out on 38 cases of hypertensive patients diagnosed in recent years. A questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the cognition of hypertension patients before and after the health education. and then, its statistics were analyzed.The result showed the hypertensive patients were satisfed with the health education in the three aspects of its information, pattern and quality. After the education, the awareness of the hypertensive patients was signifcantly higher in the following fve aspects of mental health, dietary health, exercise health, health habits and diseases.Therefore, we have drawn the conclusion that health education can improve the awareness of hypertensive patients and change the patients＇ unhealthy habits.
