摘要
基于温州浙南科技城建设的背景,分析世界知名科技城的发展模式和特点对我国科技城建设的启示,提出全面引领创新、注重培育中小企业集群、打造良好人文居住环境等建议.
Based on the background of the construction of Wenzhou South Zhejiang Sci-tech City and with the reference of high-tech city construction in other countrie,the paper puts forward some suggestions such as leading the innovation, paying attention to the cultivation of small and medium-sized enterprise clusters, and creating a good living environment.
