摘要
近日关于"裸代借款"的讨论成为了网络热点问题,"裸贷借款"的对象以高等专科学校学生为主且女性居多,产生裸贷问题的原因包括学生价值观念不成熟、学校金融教育缺位和社会相关法规不健全等方面,要解决这一问题,可以从提升学生自我认知能力,让他们树立正确的消费观、金融观念,建立健全金融法律法规,多方协作形成社会合力联合抵制不良贷款等方面着手。
The recent discussion about ' naked borrowing' has become a hotspot problem, ' borrowing' naked objects is given priority to with college students and female predominance,causes the naked credit problems including students values not mature,lack of financial education and the school social regulations is not sound,etc.,to solve this problem,can improve students self cognitive ability,let them set up correct concept of consumption,finance,establish and improve the financial laws and regulations and collaborative social force boycott bad loans and other aspects.
